A visit to Bleugrass Chèvre

If you ever came over for a meal at my house it would be a safe bet that there would always be one thing served, cheese. Visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art

I just returned from New York City were I had the opportunity to visit one of the worlds most renowned museums, The Metropolitan Museum of Art.  I have been a few times and I am always in awe of the beauty of its collection.

Johannes Vermeer: Young Woman with a Water Pitcher (89.15.21)
Johannes Vermeer c. 1658-1661 oil on canvas 17 7/8 x 16 1/8 in. (45.5 x 41 cm.) The Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam
Seeing in person paintings from the Renaissance (Netherlandish Renaissance is my favorite) is far better than seeing them in pictures. The details are amazing and the skill is exquisite. It is very inspiring to see an era of people so dedicated to their craft.
neoclassical sculpture

You can more often than not discover people sketching the neoclassical statues or copying the works of the gre

Good food and wine pairing often takes a lot of wisdom, skill and experien
